Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project will include the following areas in scope of work. 1. Design & Consulting Consulting and design of optimal camera and access card placement within budgetary constraints. 2. Ethernet Wiring Ethernet wiring and termination to support new systems. a. While low-voltage electrical permit is required per facility, permit fees will be waived for all municipal facilities. b. Please see Attachment D - Dover Wiring Guidelines for Municipal Facilities. c. Municipal facility wiring and termination concurrent with the project. 3. NVR and Camera Installation & Configuration Installation and configuration of ExacqVision recording system and associated cameras. a. Systems should utilize Windows-based operating systems. b. Enterprise licensing that supports LDAP / SSO authentication. c. System to provide a minimum of sixty (60) days video recording history for all cameras. d. System should allow for 100% growth of current camera installation. e. Form factor proposed should agree with installation location. f. For locations where a static camera is advised, camera should meet or exceed Hanwha QNV8080R. g. For locations where a PTZ camera is advised, camera should meet or exceed Hanwha XNP-9250R
