All materials used must be new. Providers must be from a well-established company in business for 10 years or more with a successful track record for quality and support, examples: Creative Play Recreation, Robertson Recreational Surfaces, Evans Recreation Installations, etc. Must include a 3-year warranty, or better. Furnish and install new International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) Certified Bonded Rubberized Safety Surfacing per American with Disabilities Act (ADA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and IPEMA Standards. Provide temporary fencing for duration of project. Remove and dispose of existing Pour in Place (PIP) surfacing. Product thickness must meet critical fall height for existing playground equipment. Contractor will be responsible for determining critical fall height for each individual playground. Contractor will be responsible for own site visits.
