Specifications include, but are not limited to: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of 8 existing asphalt tennis courts with post-tension concrete including fencing modifications, surfacing, striping, net sleeves, ADA access ramp, native vegetation removal and drainage improvements to the north and east sides. Additive Alternate 1 is for replacement of a hitting/practice wall and the surrounding asphalt to be replaced by a concrete slab. Add. Alt. 2 would replace all nets and posts on the 8 new courts in lieu of reusing the existing. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a Nevada Licensed Engineered design for the post-tension concrete, any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
