Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove/Replace a) Approximately 7,100 square feet on Pioneer course in 3 separate areas holes 4,5 and 6 and Approximately 5,100 square feet on Willows course in 5 separate areas holes 1,2,3,4 and 6 - Excavate and remove topsoil to stockpile for future use. - Ccompact sub base - Install 8” of DGA limestone and compact - Install 2.5” of surface asphalt and compact - Grade stored topsoil to bank edges and restore areas with seed and straw - Install rip rap as needed on hole #4 to shore up edges Pioneer hole #4, (3600 square feet, 44 tons of channel lining) Pioneer hole #5, (2500 square feet, 22 tons of channel lining) Pioneer hole #6, has asphalt removal and millings replacement only Willows hole #1 (800 square feet, 22 tons of channel lining) Willows hole #2, 2000 square feet of asphalt removal Willows hole#3 (1000 square feet, 22 tons of channel lining) Willows hole #4 (1300 square feet, 22 tons of channel lining) Willows hole #6 has asphalt removal only 8” full depth repair in various failed areas a) Approximately 700 square feet on Pioneer course b) Approximately 500 square feet on Willows course - Excavate bad areas to a depth of 6” and compact sub base - Clean areas manually and with power blowers - Install 6” of crushed recycled concrete stone base and compact Resurface Cart Paths a) Pioneer course, approximately 66,000 square feet, 9500 linear feet b) Willows course, approximately 44,000 square feet, 5,500 linear feet - Peel existing asphalt, where necessary, to allow for flush asphalt finish and proper water drainage - Clean paths manually and with power blowers - Torch excess grass from existing paths as needed - Apply tack coat adhesive SS1H - Pave entire sections with 2” of surface 404 asphalt and compact Crack Filling a) Pioneer course holes 1,2,4 b) Willows course holes 1,2,3,4 - Route major 1/4" cracks or wider to 1/2" width and depth - Clean with air compressor - Apply hot rubberized sealant to major routed cracks Topsoil Delivery (18-20 ton Tri-Axle full load) - 10 loads - Rough shredded topsoil to be delivered onsite (various locations) to be used for path edges/construction damage restoration
