Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All work shall be performed and all complaints handled with due regard to the District’s public relations. The Contractor shall utilize competent employees in performing the work. The District and the Contractor shall each be promptly notified by the other of any complaints received. 2.The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, maintaining and transporting all necessary and customary equipment, tools and fuel needed to fulfill the contract. In no event shall the District be responsible for any damages to any of the Contractor's equipment or fleet that is either lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen. 3. Unisex and Handicap portable toilet units shall be clean, sanitized, and fully charged upon delivery. Each unit shall be stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer for usage with the unit. 4. Portable toilet units shall be placed no more than twenty (20) feet from a driveable surface, as specified by the departments, to allow accessibility of successful bidder’s trucks for cleaning and recharging of units. 5. The District may need to rent units for an extended period of time of one or more weeks. These units may require additional cleaning and recharging: daily, once, twice or (3) times per week, due to anticipated usage. The cleaning & recharging frequency shall be at the District's discretion. 6. All unit(s) should be weighted or secured in such a manner to minimize the possibility of the unit(s) moving around or blowing over should there be strong winds. 7. The Awarded Bidder shall have a sheet visible inside of every unit indicating the date and initials which shall represent the last date of service.
