Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is to establish a source of supply from Offerors who are licensed to sell and distribute registered EPA and non- registered herbicides, adjuvants and blends- in small quantities (less than 15 Gallon drum) and 15 Gallon returnable/ refillable drums. The State intends to enter into a contract or contracts with successful offeror/s for the products listed herein (see section III). Additionally, successful offerors must be able to supply written and or on-site personal safety and safe disposal training covering each product if requested by end-user, is capable of responding to on-site disasters or emergencies within ten (10) hours, and if requested by procurement officer, shall provide proof of a distribution system and have existing facilities with sufficient product inventory and agronomic sales representatives experienced in providing expert product recommendation and technical assistance to customers.
