Specifications include, but are not limited to: n accordance with LCRB C-046-0500 (4)(f), Clackamas County intends to contract for the provision of construction management services for the Monroe Street Improvement Project from Harper Houf Peterson Righellis, Inc., due to the single candidate having reasonable access to factual, technical or statistical information necessary to perform the services required. Services from Harper Houf Peterson Righellis, Inc. are necessary to maintain consistency in the multi-phase project. Harper Houf Peterson Righellis, Inc. is the Engineer of Record (“EOR”) and any updates to the design and final recording of plans need to be completed by the EOR. The estimated contract is anticipated to be $1,334,000.00.
