Requested architectural/engineering services could include, planning, survey, design, construction administration and other services necessary for project completion. Sumner County is seeking professional services to include, but not limited to the following: • New building construction with corresponding site plan • Develop plans, specifications, contract documents, bid quantities, engineering cost estimate, and all permit submittals that meet or exceed all federal, state, and county guidelines. • Utility adjustments (if necessary) • Bid review and recommendation • Pre-construction meeting and construction administration services, progress meetings • Scheduled meetings with the County staff, County Commission, and the City of Westmoreland representatives to determine design and construction • Familiarity with the ARP federal funding requirements • Familiarity with local conditions • Ability to bill according to funding source per grant requirements
