Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Remediation and Restoration Services for fire, smoke, soot, water and microbial damage incidents on both an emergency and non-emergency basis on the Northern Arizona University Mountain Campus located in Flagstaff, Arizona. Services to be provided twenty-four-hours a day, three-hundred-sixty-five-days (365) a year. 4.2. Restoration Services 4.2.1. Restoration Services to include but not limited to: 4.2.1.1. Property relocation 4.2.1.2. Water extraction/drying/aeriation/dehumidification 4.2.1.3. Structural and HVAC decontamination 4.2.1.4. Containment 4.2.1.5. Treatment 4.2.1.6. Structural cleaning 4.2.1.7. Deodorization 4.2.1.8. Mold 4.2.1.9. Cleaning 4.2.1.10. Debris removal/disposal 4.2.1.11. Paint/finishes 4.2.1.12. Materials 4.2.2. Mold removal must be compliant with IICRC S520 standards.
