Soil excavated will need to be staged on-site and characterized using the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) sampling method for hazardous analysis of the 8 metals identified by OSHA, Title 40 CFR 261.24 (arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium and silver).
