Central Arkansas Water (“CAW” or “Utility”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from professional firms (“Respondents”) to perform an economic impact study. Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is committed to providing excellent quality water services for residential and business customers as it keeps water resources safe for wildlife and human reuse. CAW has two (2) water sources: Lake Maumelle and Lake Winona. CAW also has an administration building, Clearwater, Maryland, and Wilson maintenance facilities. Currently, CAW has approximately 367 employees. Through its employment and contractual relationship and significant time investments in various aspects of central Arkansas, CAW has made significant economic impacts to the region’s economy.
