Specifications include, but are not limited to: Richland County School District One (District) is seeking qualified Contractor(s) capable of providing for the provision of commercial travel agent services. The Contractor (s) must have the capability to provide full travel agency services to District staff and students, as needed throughout the year. The Contractors deemed qualified by the District services are to include but not limited to the following: Domestic and International travel arrangement, reservation, ticketing and traveler support for air, rail, lodging, and car rental. Ancillary services, which includes arrangement, booking, venue/field trip registration, business services, delivery services, and destination services. Individual customer support, 800 help desk support, invoicing, reconciliation, profile management, and quality control. The Contractor services shall include, at a minimum, the following: A. Provide domestic and/or international airline, railway or bus tickets at the most favorable rate available to meet all arrival and departure times at the locations requested by the District. B. The District desires that Columbia International Airport (CAE) be the first option for the traveler unless another local airport can be used at a lower price or convenience to the traveler. C. Arrange hotel accommodations if requested, taking full advantage of any and all governmental discount rates available
