Specifications include, but are not limited to: MONTHLY TASKS - Provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform maintenance services and repairs of all hydraulic elevators, keeping all the hydraulic elevators in good and safe operation at all times. Examine and, adjust and repair or replace all of the items consisting of, but not limited to the items listed below. 1. Power plant (complete), consisting of its enclosure, pump, motor power transmission elements between the pump and motor, motor windings, resistance for operating motor circuits, all valves, strainers, mufflers, gaskets, leveling valves and all other accessories. 2. Jack unit, including plunger and packings, excluding outer casing. 3. All piping, fittings and accessories (such as vibration dampers, silencers, etc.), between the pumping plant and jacking unit. 4.Hydraulic fluid, tanks and all other accessories. Note any leaks or discrepancies. 5. All heating elements, facilities, insulation and accessories for controlling the oil temperature. 6. Entire controller, motor starter, relays, magnets, frames, solid state components, resistor condensers, transformers, contact leads, timing devices and open circuits rectifiers. 7. All electrical wiring conduits, ducts, traveling cables, etc., from and beyond the elevator equipment of every kind to the main line disconnect switches and hoistway outlets. 8. All hoistway equipment of every kind, including fastening to the building. 9. Automatic power door operators, landing and car door hangers, landing and car door contacts, door protective devices, hoistway door interlocks, bottom door guides, manual door closers, auxiliary door closing devices and hoistway switches. 10. Entire car, consisting of car frame, platform, car guide rails, car guide shoes, gibs or rollers, key switches, car lighting, alarms, bells, emergency lighting and exhaust fans...
