Specifications include, but are not limited to: City of Hanahan is soliciting for a contract for generator maintenance and repair services for five (5) generators located in Hanahan, South Carolina. Contractors will provide three (3) annual preventive maintenance on the units at one set rate that will include all associated cost with the exception of sales tax, if applicable. They will also provide one set hourly labor rate for all repair services for both normal and emergency service. The work under this contract to provide maintenance, inspections and 24 hour emergency service on our generators shall consist of furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, services, and all incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents
