LinkedIn is a web-based, employment-oriented online service that operates via websites and mobile apps. The platform is mainly used for professional networking and allows job seekers to post professional qualifications and employers to post jobs. LinkedIn is a resource that profiles employers and attracts job seekers and provides networking with a broad and diverse applicant base. LinkedIn Recruiter is a product that allows Agencies to promote Agencies listings. LinkedIn services will be used to post Agencies recruitments. The subscription includes marketing tools and Agencies will use the tools to promote Agencies and market state employment jobs to reach diverse workforce groups. The current subscription provides seats for HR staff to post new employment postings, and send emails to various job seekers.
