Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to solicit responses from multiple individuals or companies interested in reaching a diverse audience, including men, women, and children of all ages, and highly affluent equestrians, as a sponsor of the Park Benches/Picnic Tables at the Kentucky Horse Park/Kentucky Horse Park Campground. 1. The Respondent shall clearly outline in its response to the Kentucky Horse Park the sponsorship fee shall be paid in cash. 2. The following benefits (listed by class) will be made to the successful Respondent: a. Marketing i. Sponsor identification in sponsor references made by the Kentucky Horse Park as Park Bench/Picnic Table Sponsor. ii. KHP will recognize sponsor on KHP website, with a live link to the Respondent’s website. iii. KHP post a minimum of one (1) post to collectively thank all Park Bench/Picnic sponsors on Facebook and Instagram. iv. Placard with sponsor’s name/logo affixed to park bench/picnic table for duration of sponsorship. b. Respondent Promotions i. Respondent will be able to state in its promotional materials (printed or electronic) that sponsor is a “Sponsor of the Kentucky Horse Park Park Bench/Picnic Table Sponsorship.” Respondent understands it cannot claim to be an “official sponsor” pursuant to KRS 45A.097, which prohibits such verbiage or an endorsement by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. c. Venue/Facility i. KHP will provide Respondent Two (2) passes to the Kentucky Horse Park, upon request. d. Other Benefits i. Opportunity to include other benefits consistent with class of benefits listed above. Benefits included cannot be an “endorsement” and shall be subject to all other regulations as stated in KRS 45A.097.
