Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be required to provide on-site service calls at all Purchasing Agencies: Service representative shall have minimum of one year of experience installing, servicing and repairing all dispensers or dispensing systems bid. Service calls will be performed by technically trained personnel. A minimum of one service call per four (4) week period. Emergency services call on site within twenty-four (24) hours after notification of immediate attention. Contractor shall give notice of a service call no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the intended on-site arrival. If the service call is agreed to be scheduled at the same time every four week period, no prior notice is required. The Purchasing Agency will provide a facility staff member (ILO) to accompany the contractor during the on-site service call.
