The City of Grand Forks plans to provide for contingent on-call snow removal assistance throughout the 2023-24 winter seasons and Spring Clean-up which occurs in May, in conjunction and cooperation with our current Public Works Department as deemed necessary. The length of the bid term will be from November 1, 2024 – May 30, 2025, to include availability for all Street Division shift schedules. The City of Grand Forks requires that the successful bidder demonstrate their ability to access and provide within 5 hours notification by Matt Aarvig, Public Works Operations Supervisor (or designee): • Up to (3) 4 yd. loader with operator • Up to (6) tandem trucks with operators • Up to (3) Skid-steers with attachments and operators • Up to (5) Motor Graders with operators
