Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anti-Ligature 23-M02-4: The scope of this project consists of interior renovations to the Control Room, Vocational/Recreation Area, and Toilet along with exterior repairs and door replacements. Door hardware and electrical will also be upgraded. Deferred Maintenance 24-A010-3: The scope of this project consists of renovations to the existing Lobby, Visiting, Staff Lounge, Office Areas, and Second Floor Corridor. Exterior Renovations include new ramps/steps and walks, and a new secured evacuation area, along with door hardware and fire alarm upgrades. Contract Time: 200 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $1,430.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
