Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall: 1. Cut the back the existing gutter leaving approximately two (2) inches in place and slide the new gutter up behind the existing back. Contractor is responsible for verifying gutter measurements to be replaced. 2. Install approximately four hundred (400) feet of new twenty-four (24)-gauge, seven (7)-inch seamless gutters with twenty-four (24)-gauge downspouts and end caps with internal gutter strapping on three (3)-foot centers and reseal roof. 3. Ensure roof will not leak after removal and replacement of the new gutters. 4. Paint the new gutters, downspouts, and end caps to best match the existing roof. 5. Keep work area clean and free of debris. 6. Haul away all debris caused by the above work and dispose of according to code as industry standard. 7. Provide a no dollar limit two (2) year workmanship warranty on the installation of the gutters, downspouts, and end caps.
