Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contracted services for Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist, School Psychologist II or III, and Education Interpreter. Occupational Therapist, Psychologist and Language Facilitators: 1. The vendor agrees to provide contracted Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist, School Psychologist, and Education Interpreter services as requested by the Williamsburg County School District (WCSD). 2. The vendor must provide professionals that are certified by the SC Dept. Of Education and if applicable licensed in the State of South Carolina (LLR) to perform the services consistent with the highest degree of care, and its employees shall comply with all medical and ethical requirements. 3. The vendor agrees and understands the WCSD is responsible for ensuring that all State Health and Human Services Finance Commission (SHHSFC) to perform certain health related services for qualified Medicaid Eligible children under the age 21 and that the WCSD is contracting with the vendor to provide those specific services referenced above. 4. The WCSD shall perform the administrative functions and provide equipment and services as agreed upon by the vendor and the WCSD. 5. The vendor agrees and understands that the WCSD is responsible for ensuring that all services provided to Medicaid eligible children by the vendor shall be provided in accordance with this contract, and that all vendor personnel involved in the provision of services to Medicaid eligible children must meet provider qualifications established by SHHSFC.
