Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hawaii State Hospital is seeking bids to rent one (1) Backhoe with a bucket attachment for a three (3), three (3) month period to complete various repairs, and cleaning of green waste on the grounds of Hawaii state Hospital. • Rental of one (1) Current Model Backhoe with extend-a-whole and 12” bucket. • Include drop off and pick up for three (3) rental period(s) of equipment. • The rental will be split between three (3), three (3) month periods throughout the contract period. • Vendor will not charge for “rain out” days when machine cannot be used do to continues rain. These days will be called into vendor by 9:00am each “rain out” day by HSH staff. • Vendor shall re-execute product that fails to conform to the requirements of this agreement and shall immediately remedy and defects due to faulty workmanship by the Vendor. Should the Vendor fail to comply, the State reserves the right to engage the services of another company to purchase and to deduct such costs from monies due to the Vendor. • Offered insurance is not required, Contractor to fill out form RMO-SOSI
