Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide one (1) 35 cubic-yard self-contained trash compactor. Vendor shall set-up and remove trash compactor upon facility request. The Vendor must give Taylorville Correctional Center a three-day notice prior to set-up and removal. Copies of licenses and permits must be submitted to the institution. The Vendor must carry property damage and public liability insurance. An insurance certificate must be provided at the time of the contract execution and annually thereafter. Discrepancies in, or omissions from, this instrument should be immediately called for the attention of the Business Administrator of Taylorville Correctional Center. The equipment used must be of commercial manufacture specifically designed for the storage and removal of refuse. The equipment must be designed to prevent spillage of material during the process. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
