Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall be on-call and available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred and sixty-five days a year to provide appropriate emergency remediation services. B. The Contractor must have the flexibility to work non-business hours including overtime, emergency service on-call, weekends, and holidays. C. The Contractor must maintain the time log in which the call was received and notify the supervisor of the recovery team immediately. D. The Contractor’s supervisor of the recovery team is required to arrive on site within one hour of an emergency service call by the County to assess the situation. E. The Contractor shall have on-site qualified employees and equipment to perform initial clean up and restoration activities within four hours of the initial notification of damage regardless of the size and scope of the incident. F. The Contractor is required to assign at least one supervisor who has current Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in handling emergency remediation services. G. The Contractor must provide labor force with all support services such as cell phones and radios to communicate with the employees, equipment, and tools in a good state of repair and supervision necessary to complete the project in a timely manner. H. The Contractor shall furnish equipment, tools, and supplies designed for commercial and industrial use to perform initial clean up and complete the restoration activities. The equipment, tools, and supplies must be safely used and maintained per manufacturer’s guidelines. I. The Contractor shall make no alterations or changes in the premises, nor shall it add or install any utility services, or cause to be installed any sign on the premises without a written approval by the Director of TPW, or designated representative.
