Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Intake, processing and disposal of all wood waste (logs, limbs, brush, wood chips) and leaves generated by City crews from tree maintenance. • Monitoring and documenting all loads of material taken to the disposal site to ensure precise and impartial documentation of all compensable work performed. • Comply with contractual terms to ensure FEMA reimbursement for services performed when applicable. Maintain all staff and equipment records for audit purposes. • Work closely with the City in responding to any emergency or disaster-declared event which rises to the level of additional non-City resources being required and utilized. This will include the mobilization of multiple temporary disposal sites. The respondent must specify and expand on its staff and equipment capability to handle the intake, processing and disposal of debris at these multiple sites. • Obtain prior written approval from the City for any subcontractors, who shall be considered any legal entity supplying services or work under subcontract to the company or organization.
