Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system must support the creation of unique user accounts with secure usernames and passwords. Accounts should be tied to security roles that limit access based on user responsibilities. It is desirable for the software to include a "forgot password" feature for secure password resets. Must Have 3 COURT Admin 1.2 Reprocessing and Reversion Administrators should have the ability to reprocess functions or revert back to earlier updates to correct issues or mistakes. Should Have 3 COURT/IT Admin 1.3 System Setup Capability Administrators should have the ability to perform system setup and configuration tasks within the software, including setting up user roles, permissions, workflows, and other system parameters to meet specific organizational needs. Should Have 5 COURT/IT Admin 1.4 Document Recovering and Reprocessing Administrators must have the ability to recover or reprocess processed documents to ensure data integrity and continuity.
