Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division seeks assistance from qualified firms and individuals to provide professional public utility consulting service to the Division regarding PacifiCorp d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power’s (RMP or Company) increasing estimated Insurance expense / Wildland Fire Insurance in multiple anticipated filings with the Public Service Commission of Utah (Commission). In consultation with the Division, the Consultant will advise the Division on RMPs proposed insurance policies and procedures. The Consultant will complete risk cost analysis to determine where financial uncertainties lie using detailed data such as expense, commission and reinsurance information from claims payments, policy history, and the rising power industry insurance rates. Develop principles assumptions and benchmark them against peer companies.
