Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: management and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Home Energy Rebates (HER) program for single-family homes. HER includes two separate programs (Sections 50121 and 50122) aimed at providing lowered upfront costs on energy efficiency retrofits and upgrades. The successful Implementer shall assist OED with program design, management, and implementation of Sections 50121 and 50122 for single-family households to optimize the Department of Energy (DOE)’s funding and guidance to manage and deploy the programs in an effective and efficient manner for Utah, particularly in disadvantaged, low-income communities
