The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) on behalf of the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking proposals from suppliers who will provide services to implement and manage a centralized mail and scanning operation center. DCSS seeks proposals from suppliers for a centralized mail collection, scanning and indexing partner for the State of Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) Document Imaging System (DIS). Please refer to Attachment H DIS for Central Mail. DIS document imaging services currently serves as the repository for scanning, imaging, and indexing services for programs administered by DCSS. The work authorized in Attachment B Statement of Work must occur within six months after contract execution.
