Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project involves a scoping letter that will identify the select streets where sidewalk and or multiuse path will be installed for Capps Elementary School. Similarly, the scoping letter will identify the select streets for sidewalk and or multiuse path installation for Mogollon High School. The design will be based on the recommendations of the scoping letter and will be developed directly to Stage III, and then to Stage IV or V design level, as agreed by the team. It is anticipated that there will be approximately seven plan sheets showing key map, geometric data/profile with stations and typical details sheet. Assumptions include: - Scoping letter and final design will take approximately ten months - All work will be within the right of way and only TCEs are expected, wherever necessary - It is assumed that only an environmental CE will be needed - No geotechnical work, major drainage design or any utility relocation work needed - No assistance in public involvement or public meeting is needed from the consultant
