Specifications include, but are not limited to: Acquire a basic understanding of HHS and the community (Bismarck, ND) to which the State Forensic Examiner would be recruited; Assist in refining HHS’s compensation package; Ensure all candidates have had a thorough background check (including but not limited to criminal, reference, disciplinary actions, sanctions/loss of medical license) and meet the required board certification/eligibility requirements; Request and provide initial reference information on all candidates Plan and complete travel and accommodations along with a meeting itinerary between the candidate and HHS Engage the candidate (and spouse) prior to any in-person meeting to learn more about the candidate and assess the level of interest Act as a liaison on behalf of HHS in negotiating a mutual work agreement as requested Assist with preparation of a search timeline Identify and recruit local and nationwide candidates Candidate appraisals, reference checks, mining of public domain information on the Internet, interviews and preparation of experience summaries, and in-depth evaluations Provide HHS with progress reports.
