The contract attorney shall provide the following: 1. Prosecute all aspects of trials in state circuit courts for State Police and other Department of Safety law enforcement divisions primarily in the Troop F region for cases originating from arrests in Coos and Grafton counties in the circuit courts with jurisdiction over those cases. The circuit courts include, but are not limited to: Berlin, Colebrook, Haverhill, Lancaster, Lebanon, Littleton, and Plymouth. The work shall include but not be limited to reviewing police reports, complaints, body camera videos and all other portions of case files, prepare all aspects of misdemeanor cases for trial in circuit courts including filing motions, responding to motions, witness preparation, and making court appearances to handle the prosecution of all aspects of assigned cases. Provide case review and advice on proper legal procedure. Provide training on select legal topics to State Police. 2. The number of hours per week available to devote to State Police cases not to exceed 29.5 hours per week. 3. The rate per hour worked not to exceed $50 per hour
