Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific Services Requested: 1. Audience identification/targeting to determine name buys, list source and timing recommendation (purchase schedules for ACT/Encoura and College Board based on release dates), and list order placement services for other lead generation vendors. 2. Digital/email marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation. 3. Alignment of marketing messaging with overall university student recruitment and marketing efforts to ensure compliance with overall brand strategy. 4. Vendor shall create predictive behavioral models to guide recruitment efforts (like print mail, email, calling campaigns, etc.) based on the demographic markets the university currently reaches and aspires to reach, in order to help define target audience development, campaign messaging and media, and effective calls to action (CTAs). 5. Must be prepared to work directly with various list providers and acquire the list data immediately upon release of the new student information from each identified list source, including but not limited to ACT/Encoura and College Board. 6. Provide the ability for prospective students to respond online (through email forms, an inquiry website, QR codes, etc.) and capture specified data. 7. Provide real time market analysis throughout each campaign to allow for progress tracking and ROI. 8. Provide a detailed response analysis of inquiries to include list source, gender, ethnicity, geographic location, and other meaningful recruitment metrics. 9. Deliver a real-time online reporting portal that provides on-demand analytics including metrics on response, audience, and student information. 10. Work with the campus to create non-responder campaign strategy. 11. Evaluate conversion success from multiple lead generation/ list service vendors as prospects move through the enrollment funnel (from prospect lead to inquiry, applicant, housing/ orientation registrant, enrolled student, etc.).
