Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full-Service Bookstore Requirements This proposal must include comprehensive course material services, emblematic merchandise, technology products, school supplies, convenience products, etc. The full-service bookstore will include operation/management of the following: • Course material services including all formats. • On site location at a minimum of one location of our sixteen (16) college campuses in Kentucky. • Innovative ideas to drive traffic to store/website. • Specific measures to reduce the price of course materials for students. • Excellent support of textbook adoption services. • Catalog of on ground and virtual textbook offerings. • Book buyback program • Support mechanisms for faculty adoptions. • Technology integration needs: o LMS integration (Anthology/Blackboard). o Financial aid integration. Virtual Bookstore Requirements This proposal must provide online access to comprehensive course material services as well as emblematic merchandise, technology products, school supplies, etc. The virtual bookstore will include: • Online support mechanisms for students and faculty adoptions. • Shipping options for students. • Easy access to order textbooks and course packs in all formats. • Innovative ideas to drive traffic to website. • Online books buyback • Technology integration needs: o LMS integration (Anthology/Blackboard). o Financial aid integration. o Online textbook rental, etc.
