Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to perform the 2024 Bentonville Street Overlay, inclusive of but not limited to the furnishing of all tools, labor and materials and performing the necessary work to be done in the street resurfacing, water valve, manhole and parking lot asphalt application. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the application of an estimated 1,984 (one thousand nine hundred eighty-four) tons of ACHM overlay, 12,618 (twelve thousand six hundred eighteen) square yards of Asphalt Milling to specified City streets with adjustment of manholes and water valves to grade, for the City of Bentonville Street Department. All necessary work, materials, and every item of construction shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City in the IFB-24-53 Bidding Documents, for the City of Bentonville Street Department.
