Evaluate existing roadway for replacement to two or three lane sections where required, based upon traffic analysis, and relevant city and county planning efforts. Evaluate the existing intersections for reconstruction, including signaling and traffic control devices, based upon traffic analysis and future needs projections. Prepare design to 100% construction drawings to include, but not limited to typical sections, phasing, ROW impact, utility impacts, drainage features and cost estimates. The site map is attached as Exhibit “A” and depicts the proposed projects. Projects may be broken into phases and prioritized after award. It is in the County’s sole discretion to reprioritize or change any phase, if necessary, based on development progression
