Specifications include, but are not limited to: 9. Corrections Officer Meals Meal Service for Jail staff The contractor will provide healthy, fresh meals and snack options for three shifts per day. The contractor is required to provide a contracted employee(s) to be assigned to the staff dining area. This designated employee(s) will be responsible for preparing staff meals, setting up, taking down, cleaning appliances, replenishing stock, cleaning dishes and garbage removal from assigned areas. These meals are to be prepared in the jail kitchen by contract employees only (no AIC workers). The meals should include a vegetarian option. The proposer will provide specialty meal service one time per week. The proposer will submit a 28-day corrections staff menu and 5 specialty meal sample menus for review.
