The project consists of demolishing the existing EPDM roof assembly associated parapet walls and constructing a new fully adhered EPDM roofing assembly and new parapet walls. Work includes replacing existing drains with new drains bowls and related rain leaders, install new fall protection anchors and roof access ladder modifications. 2. Provide structural deck reinforcement and openings with roof curbs for future mechanical upgrades under a separate ASD contractor agreement.1.
