The duties of the Proposer will be to 1) conduct employee compensation and classification study of public and private employers in the North East Indiana labor market base vicinity and, 2) based on that survey, prepare a comparative analysis that identifies the FWHA's competitive position in the labor market. Responding firms should have significant experience conducting salary surveys and comparative analyses, preferably involving both public housing authorities and similar public entities and private employers. The firm will provide all expertise to perform the necessary services. Services should include, but not be limited to: Analyze and recommend position grade classifications and the competitiveness of the salaries for full-time and part-time positions as well as create updated job descriptions for each position at FWHA (see attached list of positions). FWHA intends for all deliverables to be completed within 120 days from the effective date of the Contract. Any deviation from this schedule should be clearly addressed in the submittal requirements as outlined.
