1. A project manager is required to coordinate all work and provide regular updates. 2. Any existing A/V equipment, including unused speakers, screens, or other physical components, must be removed, and provided to the Village in its current condition. 3. All voids in walls, ceilings, or floors must be repaired to match the surrounding surfaces. 4. Installation must occur during pre-scheduled hours, including weekends or non-standard working hours, if necessary. 5. All subcontractors must be approved by the Village Manager or their designee. 6. All structural or electrical work must comply with federal, state, and local codes or ordinances including all permitting and approval requirements. There will be no charges for any permitting or inspection fees. 7. Installation cannot interfere with regularly scheduled meetings - all existing technology must remain functional for the duration of this project. 8. This project’s planning and installation phase are expected to take no longer than 30 days. Exceptions will be made for unprecedented manufacturing or shipping delays. 9. Installation of all equipment must account for usable space and mobility requirements.
