Specifications include, but are not limited to: Licensed General Contractors who desire to function as the Project Manager (PM) with limited design build responsibilities for the Mt. Juliet Fire Station #3. For this purpose, the Finance Director will receive proposals from firms with recent experience with Project Management, and that are skilled in the construction of facilities with a similar size and purpose. The proposal should include a lump sum fee for the specified PM/DB services including MPE&FP engineering. Your proposal will not include the work nor cost of subcontractors at this time. A GMP contract will be used with subcontract work as change order to the contract. There will be no markup by the PM on subcontractor work.
