Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Drain the lap pool in a manner that will protect the structure from groundwater damage. 2. Furnish and Install a 60 mil PVC pool liner system in the existing, high-use, concrete community pool before Parks covers the pool for winter or in May 2025 when uncovered for the season. 3. Provide and install adhesives, geotextile, felt, 60 mil reinforced membrane, all compression flanges, hardware, and incidental equipment for a satisfactory installation. 4. The liner should be textured to provide nonabrasive slip resistance, pore-free for ease of maintenance, and offer dependable watertight containment for deteriorated pools experiencing leaks. 5. Warranty the PVC membrane liner and installation against leakage for no less than (10) years.
