Initial job is for 80 panels to be re-upholstered for a project currently underway. Due to the project deadline, we need to get a contract in place by August 2, 2024 with re-upholstery of panels for the project completed by October 11, 2024. Contractor will provide services offsite at their own location. Contractor will do work in-house and not subcontract any part of the work without County agreement. Must be able to pick up and deliver pallets of panels in their own truck to the County’s furniture warehouse (1551 N. Adair St, Cornelius, OR 97113) or to a loading dock at one of the County’s downtown Hillsboro campus locations. The party that picks up must also drop off. Required fabric is Belmont Silver #7010 pattern Bailey 2299 manufactured by Guilford of Maine (no substitutions accepted). Spec sheet provided upon request. System furniture panels provided for re-upholstery are Steelcase Avenir. Spec sheet provided upon request. Panel price to include: • Procurement of fabric • Labor to remove existing fabric • Labor to replace with new fabric • Wrapping and loading panels onto pallets for transport Bid should provide pricing for the following panel sizes: • 18" x 42", 18” x 53", 18” x 65" • 24" x 42", 24" x 53", 24" x 65" • 30" x 42", 30" x 53", 30" x 65" • 36" x 42”, 36" x 53", 36" x 65" • 42" x 42", 42” x 53", 42” x 65" • 48" x 42", 48" x 53", 48" x 65" • 60" x 42", 60" x 53", 60" x 65" For any panels that may fall outside these specifications, please provide a “per square inch” price that is consistent with the pricing provided above. For reupholstering tack boards, please provide a “per square inch” price, as the sizes and quantities of tack boards are unknown at this point.
