A. Repair damaged stucco and plywood as identified on diagram/map. B. Replace any damaged plywood. C. Install new tarpaper and lathe over plywood. D. Patch and repair 3 (three) 10’ sections of stucco façade. E. Repair one bullet hole in stucco. F. Repair 1 (one) 6’x8’ section of stucco wall, located near bullet hole. G. Repair 1 (one) 4’x4’ section of stucco at building sign. H. Paint all newly patched stucco, to match color and sheen close to original. I. Job site and premises will be kept clean, and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. J. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. K. The stucco repair work must be done accordance to industry standards using the very best material available and work done by competent individuals licensed and/or certified by the manufacturer. L. Contractor will guarantee work for two (1) year unconditionally, to include material and labor.
