Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project requires the build-out and customization of a cloud-based EDMS and integration with Microsoft SharePoint, customized internal applications, and PHA software applications like Emphasys Elite and Yardi Voyager. Additionally, the scope of the work includes the application of City, State, and Federal laws to the gathering, storage, and disposition of electronic records and the training of staff on the use and support of the EDMS. Security is vital whether records are at rest or in motion. The EDMS must be set up with access controls and permissions to ensure that only authorized personnel can view and access sensitive information, such as client personal information, financial information, and asset information. The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is seeking proposals for a cloud hosted Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) that integrates with SharePoint to coincide with the simultaneous conversions of hardcopy records to digital and the implementation of Yardi Voyager.
