Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Empty and reline all trash containers. Clean inside and outside of trash containers as necessary. Remove all trash from building and place in dumpster. B. Dust all desks, tables, furniture, lamps, countertops, etc. C. Clean all countertops and customer service glass partition. D. Clean all restrooms – clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, sweep and mop all floors. Fill all toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers. E. Clean kitchen tables, counters, and sink. F. Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs. G. Sweep and wet mop all tiled areas daily. Buff all tiled areas monthly (at least once per month). Strip and wax all tiled areas annually (at least once per year). Annual stripping and waxing of floors shall typically be completed during the Thanksgiving holiday break. H. Empty smoking stations at front and rear of building - daily. 6. Clean interior and exterior glass and blinds quarterly – at least four (4) times per year. 7. Clean all baseboards annually – at least one (1) time per year. 8. Clean training room tables two (2) times per year. 9. Clean all return air intakes annually – at least once per year. 10. The Department will provide the cleaning supplies.
