Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a qualified contractor to replace existing stairwell doors at Parthenon Towers located at 301 28th Ave. N., Nashville, TN. The contractor will remove and reinstall the existing door hardware. The contractor will coordinate with the MDHA area portfolio maintenance manager for the access to the building. The MDHA area portfolio maintenance manager is Chris Kenner, and his phone number is 615-506-0881. Provide a lump sum and unit price for the removal of existing wood stairwell doors and installation of sixty (60) new wood two-hour fire rated doors with view window. Alternate view window size or location will be considered. Alternate door slab material must be submitted prior to bid for review for substitution approval.
