Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Details of the Project • Convert two storage rooms into a new secure storage space for the Town Clerk • Remove one (1) existing non load bearing wall • Enclose one (1) existing door opening • Install a 5/8” layer of Type X fire rated drywall to the perimeter of the room • Seal wall penetrations with minimum one (1) hour fire rated sealant • Remove existing window and infill with brick/mortar to match existing • Remove/replace existing lighting and install two (2) new customer supplied LED lighting • Remove existing door and replace with a 32” steel door with minimum of one (1) hour fire rating; customer will install locking mechanism. • “Server Room” • Remove existing door and replace with a 32” steel door with minimum of one (1) hour fire rating; customer will install locking mechanism. • Install a 5/8” layer of Type X fire rated drywall to the perimeter of the room. • Seal wall penetrations with minimum one (1) hour fire rated sealant • Remove existing window and infill with brick/mortar to match existing • Remove/replace existing lighting and install four (4) new customer supplied LED lighting • Enclose existing sewer pipe with new soffit • Storage Room • Seal existing ceiling penetrations with sheetrock • All new sheetrock shall be taped, mudded and primed and painted • All ceiling and walls in defined areas to be repaired and painted; these will identified by the customer
