Onboarding should also provide training to WUSD schools’ staff on how to use the platform. F. Provide backups of students’ O365 documents & emails for archiving purposes. G. Provide a tip line: ability for students to report a potential issue they are aware of for the provider to investigate. H. Option to monitor students’ web activity while using a WUSD device. Example: detect if a student is about to start a search on an inappropriate topic, list the sites that the student went to.
