Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the City with seasonal leaf collection services. The contractor will collect all properly prepared loose-leaf piles from each residence and non-conforming businesses subscribing to collection services on the designated collection day. Service will be during the first full week of November and continue through the end of April each year. The contractor is responsible for bi-weekly (every two weeks) loose-leaf collection for seasonal fall leaves, from the beginning of the first full week in November through the end of the last full week of April. This collection is part of the regularly scheduled services required by this contract. Leaves shall be collected from the curb (not bagged) and kept separate from any brush piles. All loose leaves shall be transported to a compost site or landfill/disposal facility
